Troop 480 Leadership is
consists of two portions, the troop committee led by the Chairperson and the
program, lead by the Scoutmaster. Roles and responsibilities of these positions
are defined in the Troop Position document. The troop committee is defined in
two segments, Administrative and Program. Administrative positions are those
related to the operation of the troop as a whole, Program positions are those
positions related closely to the program portion of the troop.
