Our annual Family Day and Court of Honor was held at Lakeview Pavillion in Laurel Hill State Park on Saturday, August 9th. Some of of our members camped at the park on Friday night. Saturday our meal consisted of slider sandwiches and chicken tenders, provided by the troop, along with salads, side dishes and deserts brought by attendees. Following the meal, the Court of Honor was held, where scouts received merit badges and rank advancements they had recently earned. The new Senior Patrol Leader was installed. First year Scouts were 'sorted' into their permanent patrols. Parker Cernuska was presented with his Eagle rank.

Before and after the festivities, there was time for other activities using the nearby facilities of Laurel Hill State Park.
