Father Lawrence L. Manchas, Pastor or our charter organization, the Church of St. Paul, and a good friend of the scouting movement, has retired. A farewell reception for father was held for him on Friday, August 29th. Some of our scout members, adult leaders and members of sister cub scout Pack 480 attended the reception. Thank you father for your years of service to Troop 480, Westmoreland-Fayette Council and Wagion Lodge (O/A).
